ABOUT THE PROJECT
Revolutionizing Real Estate For Home Sellers
Redy is an online platform that makes finding a real estate agent both easy and profitable.
As the Lead Designer and Art Director, I was responsible for building a brand that clearly communicated this promise across every customer touchpoint.
Challenge: In an industry where most platforms look and sound the same, Redy lacked brand consistency, visual hierarchy, and a cohesive identity that could scale. There was no established design system or brand guidelines in place, making it difficult to create a unified experience across marketing and product. I set out to build a bold, differentiated identity that positioned Redy as a smarter, more rewarding choice for home sellers.
Approach: From brand strategy and visual design to marketing campaigns and product UX, I led the creative direction end-to-end, ensuring that every interaction reinforced Redy’s core message: sellers stay in control, choose the right agent, and walk away with more money in their pocket.
I partnered with marketing and product teams to bring this vision to life, using performance data to inform creative decisions and optimize for growth. I redesigned the seller dashboard for a more intuitive, engaging experience and produced high-performing assets for digital campaigns, video, and social media. These efforts contributed to a 3x increase in signed listings and closed deals—a major milestone for the company.
